2021 NATIONAL FINALS AND SUMMER INTENSIVE
June 23rd-June 27th, 2021
Kalahari Resort, Wisconsin
1305 Kalahari Drive
Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965
Our Summer Intensive classes and competition will expand during the time frame of June 23-26. Our National Finals competition will conclude in an exciting Showdown on June 27! We anticipate scheduling 3-4 convention classes each morning for most levels (Phaze 2-4) with an abbreviated class schedule for our youngest Phaze 1 dancers. Rehearsals for dancers who are eligible to participate in the Allstar and Opening number performances will start June 22, 2021
While our final competition schedule may change slightly pending our event registration, we anticipate that all competitive division solo entries will perform during the first 1-1.5 days of our event. It is highly probable that our group competition will start on the second day of our event. Our duo/trio and performance division soloists will most likely compete the last day prior to our Showdown. This allows us the time to communicate with registrants on which group routines will be involved in the Showdown on the morning of July 27. We will work hard to maximize the friendliest organization of all group, line and production competition entries to allow attendees the liberty of shining on stage AND enjoying some much needed down time. We guarantee our event schedule will allow dance families to take advantage of all the resort has to offer!
* Note: Any dancer who has attended one of our regional qualifying events and won a full scholarship while registered in the Phaze 3 or Phaze 4 ballroom will have the option of participating in our Opening Number! Our Opening Number rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, June 22 and will start no earlier that 1 PM. Any dancer who has attended one of our regional qualifying events and won an All Star award has the option of participating in our All Star Performance Team and optional All-Star Dancer of the Year Competition. Our All Star rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, June 22 and will start no earlier that 1 PM. These rehearsals will be mandatory for both Opening Number & All Stars dancers who choose to participate in these programs.
For guests that desire to fly to our event, the best airport to use is Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, WI. This airport is approximately 45 minutes away from the host hotel.
