Our Dupree Dance National Finals will be held at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago on June 29-July 4, 2026. Our classes will expand over 3-4 days during the time frame of June 30-July 3. Our National Finals competition will expand during the time frame of June 29-July 3 and will conclude in an exciting National Finals Gala on July 4. We anticipate our final Gala to conclude by mid to late afternoon, allowing guests to either travel home or enjoy the magic of the 4th in one of America’s greatest cities! From Navy Pier fireworks, Rooftop Views & Dinner, Live Music & Festivals, Fireworks Cruises… Chicago truly comes alive on the 4th of July, and there’s no shortage of ways to soak up the patriotic spirit! We guarantee our event schedule will allow our attendees and dance families to enjoy every aspect of our exciting Nationals experience. We host an action-packed Kick Off Party with the Dupree faculty at the top of our event and release full details to attendees shortly after our registration deadline. Our general National Finals competition schedule is released no less than one month prior to the event. Our detailed convention class schedule will be customized around the National Finals competition schedule and released within 3 weeks prior to our event. Please note that all dancers who are invited to participate in either our Opening Number or Collective Performance and/or choose to register for our Collective National Finals Competition must arrive by/before the morning of Sunday, June 28 due to mandatory rehearsals that will be held that day beginning around 12:30 PM.
